What do I get when I select the 'full set all sizes' option?

When ordering the 'full set all sizes' option, you will receive 20 nails in all available sizes. Nails will be made up of the core design as well as complementing colours/glitters. 

I want a full set of 20 nails in a specific size to mix and match..

Just order the 'full set all sizes' option and specify the desired size in order comments. You will receive 20 nails made up of your appropriate sizes.

How do I measure my nails?

Nail bed widths should be measured at their widest point with a flexible measuring tape, to allow for the curve of the natural nail. If in doubt, go larger rather than smaller, as nails can be filed to shape. Pre-set size list can be found on Shapes/Sizes page. Please contact me if you have any further questions about how to measure. 

What if my measurements don't match pre-set sizing?

Select 'custom' from sizing menu and send your measurements in order notes. 

How do I order a custom designed set?

Please contact me via email to discuss your own custom designed nails. I am more than happy to design and create your perfect set. I will quote your set based on our conversation and add a custom order item for you within the store which can be purchased. Custom designed sets may be added to store offering for general purchase - please advise if you would like an exclusive set.

How long will my nails stay on?

When used with supplied adhesive tabs, nails are for short term use and are reuseable. The nail length and your activity level can impact on the longevity of the adhesive tabs. When used with nail glue, your nails can last up to three weeks. Please follow the application instructions included with your order to ensure optimum appearance and longevity.

How long will it take for you to create my nails?

*Due to a high number of orders please allow extra time for production turnaround. Thank you for your patience.*

As a general rule there is a 3-4 week turnaround time for orders. If turnaround time will exceed 4 weeks, I will update you on the progress of your order. Please let me know in order comments if your nails are required by a certain date and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Will my nails look exactly like the picture?

I endeavour to ensure that your ordered set is exactly like the pictured set however due to the handmade nature of the nails, there may be very slight variations in the design. If there is any instance in which particular charms or gems may not be readily available, I will let you know before I start on the nails and offer alternatives.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes place between 2-5 business days within Australia. Delivery to the US is usually approximately 9-12 business days for standard shipping and the rest of the world can vary based on local services and customs clearance. Express shipping is also available at checkout.
